Make Sleep A Priority - Studies show that children who sleep longer earn more A's in school. Know Your Kids' Friends - and those who are online. Limit Internet access and make sure you know where your kids go when they go online. Praise The Effort - When your kids bring home good grades or do well on a job, tell them "you sure must have worked hard" instead of how smart they are.
